At the professional level, health professionals:

• • Proactively welcome their Francophone clients in French;
  • understand the needs of their Francophone clients;
  • provide their Francophone clients with the necessary care or refer them to the resources able to provide such care;
  • take on a leadership role by promoting active offer;
  • ensure quality of care for and the safety of the people they serve.
